- Technological & Infrastructure Advancement: We bridge the digital and resource divide by deploying next-generation technology, advanced connectivity labs, and smart infrastructure pathways. Through visionary initiatives like our digital equity awards and sustainable building frameworks, we ensure disenfranchised communities are architects not just consumers of the digital age.
- Economic Empowerment & Wealth Building: We dismantle historic disparities by fostering business revival, micro-enterprise incubation, and localized commercial corridors. By converting blighted spaces into active, tax-generating economic engines, we generate long-term community wealth and local financial sovereignty.

Multi-Level Advocacy & Systemic Leadership
True change requires simultaneous action from the ground up and the policy level down. The Afree Foundation aggressively drives advocacy across every tier of governance:
- Municipal & Local Level: Holding multiple seats on the City of Scranton committees that include Crime prevention and Waste and Recycling. Afree also has formal partnerships with the Scranton Redevelopment Authority. Transforming neighborhoods block by block through mixed-use affordable housing, community technology hubs, and commercial corridor revivals that directly serve local residents and students.
- County & Regional Level: Partnering with multiple counties which include (Lackawanna and Luzerne counties), regional institutions, educational networks, and community development organizations to align workforce training pipelines with high-demand industries and sustainable building practices.
- State Level: Holding institutional seats on vital state boards including active leadership within the Department of Environmental Protection’s environmental justice board to shape policy, combat systemic ecological inequities, and advocate for marginalized communities across Pennsylvania and beyond.
